"BILLY" GIBSON Billy is a graduate of the 93rd Session of the F.B.I. National Academy and a 40 year veteran of the law enforcement profession having retired in 2000 as the Director of the S.C. Criminal Justice Academy. Billy served as F.B.I. National Academy Associate's Secretary / Treasurer for Section III from 1994 until 2001 and served as its Chaplain from 2001-2014. Billy has been escorting groups for the past 15 years and has extensive knowledge of cruising. Billy is a Sandals CCS specialist, Princess Commodore graduate and Royal Carribean WOW Expert Plus graduate. TIFFANY CARROLL Tiffany has been in the hospitality industry for over 15 years working for Sheraton, Holiday Inn, Sleep Inn, Adam's Mark and TownePlace Suites by Marriott. She is an extensive traveler and has been on Carnival and Norwegian Cruise Lines, New York City, Washington, D.C., Hawaii, Bahamas, Mexico, Rio de Janeiro Brazil, and many places across the USA. Tiffany is a certified Disney Specialist and is an expert for Walt Disney World.  Tiffany lives in Murrells Inlet SC and is married to her wonderful husband Jason and has a twelve year old son, Austin. JUDY BOWMAN  Judy is a native of Southern California but has been living in the Carolinas for the past 21 years and currently lives in Columbia.  In addition to staying active traveling, Judy has been in charge of day trips for her church senior group. Her love of traveling was first introduced by her parents by visiting most of the USA National Parks each summer. As an adult, she has traveled extensively throughout Europe and North America.  She has a special love for river cruising and is a certified specialist in this field.  Judy is also a CCS specialist with Sandals and Beaches Resorts, having recently returned from touring the resorts in Jamaica. Judy spent 41 years in the insurance industry and retired as a business analyst, developing software programs for insurance companies.  Her attention to details is a great asset in planning clients travels.  Judy’s hobbies, including traveling, genealogy, reading and playing with her furry companion, Sunny.   WINIFRED RODGERS  has been traveling since she was six days old and planning travel since high school.  From over night and weekend trips to overseas vacations and cruises, she has planned it all.  She graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in English and volunteers her time with the Miss South Carolina Organization.  Winifred has completed courses with Princess Cruise Lines and is a Princess Commodore and a Cunard Commodore.  She is a WOW Expert Plus with Royal Caribbean and has also completed the Walt Disney World Dream Maker.  Winifred lives in Irmo SC. DESIREE PUGLIA    has been in love with Disney forever.   She specializes in everything Disney!  A 2011 graduate of Ashford University majoring in Early Childhood Education.   She is thrilled to share her love of Disney with her clients.  Desiree represented South Carolina as Miss SC 2010 and competed for Miss America.   She is the proud mother of Ivy, a 4 year old daughter, who has inherted her mother's love for Disney!
